A simple vegetarian risotto that really fills everyone up. You can make it in just a few minutes and you’ll really enjoy it.
- 3 tablespoons oil
- 200 g frozen vegetables
- 1 onion
- 500 g cooked rice
- Salt, pepper, spices
- Fry the onion and frozen vegetables in hot oil. Fry until the vegetables are soft.
- Season with salt and pepper. If necessary, add a little water and let it evaporate.
- Once the vegetables are ready, add the cooked rice.
- Fry for another 5 minutes.
- Serve with fresh herbs.
