Rice with vegetables

A simple vegetarian risotto that really fills everyone up. You can make it in just a few minutes and you’ll really enjoy it.


  • 3 tablespoons oil
  • 200 g frozen vegetables
  • 1 onion
  • 500 g cooked rice
  • Salt, pepper, spices
  • Herbs


  • Fry the onion and frozen vegetables in hot oil. Fry until the vegetables are soft.
  • Season with salt and pepper. If necessary, add a little water and let it evaporate.
  • Once the vegetables are ready, add the cooked rice.
  • Fry for another 5 minutes.
  • Serve with fresh herbs.
