Grate the cabbage, boil in boiling water and drain.
Cut the bacon into cubes, fry, add oil, chopped onion and sauté until golden. Add the minced meat, salt, pepper and separate the meat while roasting with a cooker. Towards the end of the roasting add the crushed or finely chopped garlic.
Then add the cabbage and rinsed rice, pour in water – about 2-3 dl, I prefer to give less and then maybe during the stewing a little refill. Cover with a lid and let simmer until the meat and rice are soft. This mixture can be served stewed like this with potatoes and compote, or it can be baked. Let it cool down a little, add 2-3 eggs, add a little salt, stir and put it in a greased baking dish. Either larger or single serving. You can also prepare it by putting cooked potatoes cut into coarse cubes into a greased one-serving baking dish, put the meat mixture on top and sprinkle with cheese. Bake in a preheated oven.
