Cutlet on mushrooms and onions with basmati rice

Ingredients:

  • cutlet cut into slices (approx. 2 cm thick)
  • dried mushrooms (2 handfuls)
  • 2 onions
  • salt
  • pepper
  • barbecue seasoning
  • 0,5 dl oil

Procedure:

  • Cut the onions into larger pieces and put on a baking sheet.
  • Drain the mushrooms soaked in water and add to the onions.
  • Season the chops and put them on the baking sheet with the onions and mushrooms already on it.
  • Add oil and a little water. Put in the oven at 180 degrees for about 1 hour.
  • Serve with basmati rice.
