- cutlet cut into slices (approx. 2 cm thick)
- dried mushrooms (2 handfuls)
- 2 onions
- barbecue seasoning
- 0,5 dl oil
- Cut the onions into larger pieces and put on a baking sheet.
- Drain the mushrooms soaked in water and add to the onions.
- Season the chops and put them on the baking sheet with the onions and mushrooms already on it.
- Add oil and a little water. Put in the oven at 180 degrees for about 1 hour.
- Serve with basmati rice.
