This type of rice preparation is especially loved by lovers of hot and spicy food. It is a very simple, quick and really tasty way to cook rice.
- 300 g cooked long grain rice
- 300 g of rice (2 tablespoons of rice)
- ¼ Chilli peppers
- ¼ Red pepper
- 1 carrot
- Fry chopped onion and very finely chopped chilli pepper in oil.
- Fry until the onions are brown.
- Add the chopped red pepper or other vegetables and stir for about 5 minutes.
- Then add the long grain rice and stir fry with the onions. Stir.
- Once everything is ready, serve. Serve warm rice with fried onions and fresh herbs.
