Rice with fried onions and chilli

This type of rice preparation is especially loved by lovers of hot and spicy food. It is a very simple, quick and really tasty way to cook rice.


  • 300 g cooked long grain rice
  • 300 g of rice (2 tablespoons of rice)
  • ¼ Chilli peppers
  • ¼ Red pepper
  • Oil
  • 1 carrot


  • Fry chopped onion and very finely chopped chilli pepper in oil.
  • Fry until the onions are brown.
  • Add the chopped red pepper or other vegetables and stir for about 5 minutes.
  • Then add the long grain rice and stir fry with the onions. Stir.
  • Once everything is ready, serve. Serve warm rice with fried onions and fresh herbs.
