Devil’s sauce with rice

Ingredients:

  • 2 sausages
  • 1 onion
  • 3 cloves of garlic
  • 1 hot pepper
  • 1 tbsp mustard
  • 2 tbsp ketchup ( spicy)
  • 1 dcl red wine
  • oil

Procedure:

  • Fry onion strips in oil, then add sliced garlic and pepperoncini. Then add the peeled cracklings cut into noodles and sauté.
  • In a bowl, mix the mustard, ketchup and red wine. Pour this mixture over the sausages and vegetables and boil for a while. Serve with rice.
