Ingredients:
- 2 sausages
- 1 onion
- 3 cloves of garlic
- 1 hot pepper
- 1 tbsp mustard
- 2 tbsp ketchup ( spicy)
- 1 dcl red wine
- oil
Procedure:
- Fry onion strips in oil, then add sliced garlic and pepperoncini. Then add the peeled cracklings cut into noodles and sauté.
- In a bowl, mix the mustard, ketchup and red wine. Pour this mixture over the sausages and vegetables and boil for a while. Serve with rice.
